Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily last-mile delivery operations and ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor delivery executives and track daily performance.
Ensure smooth inbound, outbound, and delivery processes.
Handle customer escalations and resolve delivery-related issues.
Monitor key operational metrics such as delivery success rate, productivity, and TAT.
Coordinate with hub teams, delivery executives, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
Prepare daily operational reports and track performance.
Manage manpower planning and ensure adequate delivery capacity.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
