Responsibilities
Implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures in Lab .
Ensure Testing plan adherence, Improve Testing plan & procedures.
Reviewing, updating and continuously improving all SOPs, material-testing procedures and process-control parameters.
Ability to interpret Testing report, troubleshooting issues and Problem solving
Liason with Raw material vendors through purchase for quality control and improvement.
Support customer functions in common tasks on Cost, Yield, Process control and improvement, trouble shooting
Supporting production to reduce cost - by reducing wastages, improving material utilization, developing cost-effective recipes for body & glaze, improving yields
Coordinate with Productivity department to improve manpower productivity.
Training, skill development and performance management of frontline workmen, supervisor
New colors development especially on Matt
Quick correction in Slip & Glaze parameters based on day today activities




Improving Slip & Glaze parameters as per product mix & new addition
Developing a recent recipe for Slip & Glaze
