Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement new packaging designs and technologies to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of packaging solutions into production processes.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify prospects for packaging innovation.
Design and develop sustainable packaging solutions that meet environmental and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with suppliers to source materials and services for packaging development projects.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science, Materials Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in packaging development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Robust knowledge of packaging materials, including flexible and rigid packaging options.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
