We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. Freshers with a passion for the travel industry are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with domestic and international flight ticket bookings.
Support visa application processing and documentation.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Guide clients on travel requirements and documentation.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on applications.
Coordinate with airlines, embassies, and travel partners.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or IATA certification is preferred.
Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations and holiday packages.
Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with travel booking portals and reservation systems.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team workplace
