Role & responsibilities
Environmental Reporting Form - 154 - Collate and prepare analysis slides.
IMCSM Emission Data Template (ESG Reporting) - Gather and complete the monthly & Annual IMCSM emission data template for ESG reporting.
CII vessel performance - Quarterly - Monitor and report on the Carbon Intensity Indicator performance of vessels every quarter.
Water Impact Records - Prepare analysis slides (Quarterly) - Develop quarterly analysis slides detailing water impact records.
Garbage and Sludge Recycling Rate analysis slides - Gather data and produce quarterly analysis slides on garbage and sludge recycling rates.
ISO 14001 Standard and Consumptions- Water, Electricity and Paper Usage - Gather data on resource consumption related to ISO 14001 and create a quarterly analysis slide.
EU / UK MRV submissions - Prepare and submit data for European Union and United Kingdom Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification regulations.
FUEL EU & EU ETS MONITORING PLANS - Manage and oversee the monitoring plans for Fuel EU Maritime and the EU Emissions Trading System.
IMO DCS submissions - Prepare and submit data for the International Maritime Organization's Data Collection System.
Monitoring noon reports in SMARTPAL - Regularly review and track vessel noon reports within the SMARTPAL system.
Ad hoc tasks related to environmental and decarbonization monitoring, reporting, data collation, and analysis.
Preferred candidate profile: 1 to 5 years in a similar role.
Proficiency in data entry and management.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with ERP related processes and functionality is an advantage.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
