Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, planning, setup, and acquisition of external clinical trial data, ensuring consistent, high-quality data collection across studies and therapeutic areas.
Serve as the subject matter expert for external data management, including defining data transfer specifications, ensuring compliance with clinical database standards, and overseeing timely data receipt and issue resolution.
Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks impacting study deliverables while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution.
Drive continuous improvement by enhancing processes, developing smart systems, maintaining SOPs, supporting audits and inspections, and mentoring team members.




Build robust cross-functional and external stakeholder relationships, representing the organization in strategic initiatives and industry collaborations.
