Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan and manage project launches, branding, and promotional campaigns.
Drive digital marketing initiatives across social media, search, email, and performance marketing.
Coordinate ATL, BTL, and on-ground marketing activities to maximize brand visibility.
Work closely with Sales, CRM, Design, and Channel Partner teams to generate quality leads.
Manage marketing agencies, creative partners, media vendors, and event partners.
Monitor campaign performance, marketing budgets, and ROI to optimize effectiveness.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support business decisions.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing collateral.
Plan and execute customer engagement initiatives, events,



and experiential marketing activities.
Track marketing KPIs and prepare periodic reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
710 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Robust understanding of digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and campaign management.
Experience in residential project marketing and project launches.
Robust analytical, communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
