Job Description:

The Logistics Executive will be responsible for coordinating and executing all activities from the time an order is received until payment is collected from the customer. The objective is to ensure quick, accurate, and error-free order fulfilment while maintaining ontime delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires close coordination with internal teams, customers, and principals to ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, invoicing, and payment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely order entry in company systems.

Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Proposal teams, and customers to ensure seamless order processing and fulfilment.

Review and study customer Purchase Orders (POs), prepare Order Acknowledgements (OAs), and identify issues before materials are received to ensure smooth invoicing.

Conduct daily work planning, prioritize tasks, manage escalations,



and ensure timely follow-ups.

Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams regarding order status, dispatch updates, and payment follow-ups.

Create Internal Work Orders after receiving customer POs.

Register POs with principals and coordinate with them for order confirmation and dispatch schedules.

Coordinate with internal teams and customers for dispatch planning and payment collection.

Ensure all documentation and coordination required for accurate invoicing and collections is completed.

Requirements:Experience:

o 2–4 years of experience in a similar logistics / order fulfilment role o Must have experience in an engineering products company o Proficient in Tally and MS Excel.
