Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad

Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR preferred

We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented, and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our HR team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and other recruitment portals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Make 70100 candidate calls per day, as per business requirements.
Schedule a minimum of 46 candidate interviews daily.
Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, selection, and joining formalities.
Maintain accurate Recruitment MIS and candidate databases.
Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.




Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring requirements.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid knowledge of hiring portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
Valuable follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively with daily recruitment targets.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and Recruitment MIS.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
