Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately into internal systems and databases.
Review documents and verify information before data entry.
Maintain accurate electronic and physical records.
Perform data validation and identify errors or missing information.
Update existing records and maintain data accuracy.
Scan, upload, organize, and maintain documents as required.
Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
Handle confidential information responsibly.
Complete assigned work within defined timelines and productivity targets.
Coordinate with team members to resolve data-related discrepancies.
Prepare basic reports and maintain daily work trackers.
Perform other administrative and data management tasks as assigned.
