Here, youll do more than join something youll add something. Manufacturing Systems and Infrastructure (MSI) team is an engineering organisation under the Product Operations org. MSI is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of system tools, services and applications required to efficiently run manufacturing operations at scale across global factory sites.

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and development of OnDevice applications used in large-scale manufacturing environments.




Design and integrate AI-driven machine learning pipelines into factory applications to optimise test sequences, automate fault detection, and drive operational efficiencies.
Drive technical direction regarding frameworks, design patterns, and tooling to ensure long-term scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Own the complete application lifecycle concept, architecture, development, deployment, and iteration while championing engineering best practices and code quality standards.
Collaborate with product, design, operations, and test engineering teams to translate complex manufacturing requirements into robust, elegant software solutions.
Lead production incident response, perform root cause analysis, and proactively address technical debt to improve system resilience and developer experience.
Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a team culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.
