Role: State Sales Head Tamil Nadu

Reporting To: Business Head

Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Business Growth
Own and deliver Tamil Nadu revenue targets for the ManyJobs recruiter platform & Candidate platform Recruiter platform by Subscription,
Drive new customer acquisition across SMEs, large enterprises, and industrial clusters.
Increase billing, renewals, and upsell opportunities from the existing customer base.
Build robust presence in industrial clusters and non-IT sectors
Work on Bulk Hirring /Manyjob Skilled candidates to Large corporates
Sales Team Leadership
Lead and manage the entire TN sales organization (BDE / BDM / KAM).
Direct reporting team: BDM and KAM.
Drive field productivity, sales funnel management, and conversion.
Conduct weekly sales reviews and pipeline tracking.
Regularly participating in the Job event/HR forum
Market Expansion
Expand ManyJobs presence across major TN cities and industrial zones.
Identify new growth opportunities including campus hiring, industrial hiring clusters, and recruitment agencies.




Build strategic partnerships with industry associations and training institutes.
Customer Success & Retention
Ensure robust customer onboarding and hiring success for recruiters.
Improve renewal rate and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with product and marketing teams to improve recruiter adoption.
Strategic Planning
Develop state-level sales strategy and territory plans.
Monitor market competition and recommend pricing or product improvements.
Provide regular market insights and reports to leadership.

Candidate Profile
10–15 years of experience in B2B Sales / Recruitment / Job Portal / SaaS sales.
Proven experience in managing large sales teams.
Solid exposure to SME and enterprise client acquisition.
Experience in field sales and regional market development.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
