Job Title: Hub Incharge
Department: Operations Last Mile Logistics
Reporting To: Operations Manager / Area Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Hub Incharge to manage daily hub operations,
oversee rider hiring and onboarding, ensure smooth shipment processing, and lead the operations
team to achieve service and productivity targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily inbound, sorting, dispatch, and outbound operations.
Ensure timely shipment processing and adherence to delivery SLAs.
Drive rider hiring, onboarding, and documentation.
Coordinate rider attendance, shift allocation, and productivity.
Supervise hub staff and delivery riders.
Monitor inventory, shipment reconciliation, and documentation.
Coordinate with transport partners and internal stakeholders.
Track KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and drive process improvements.




Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
Required Skills
Hub Operations Management, Rider Hiring & Onboarding, Last-Mile Logistics, Team Leadership,
Dispatch & Shipment Coordination, KPI & SLA Management, Inventory & Process Control.
Eligibility
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 6 months to 4 years in Logistics, Warehouse, Courier, E-commerce, or Last-Mile
Operations.
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in rider recruitment and manpower planning.
Solid communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
