Position: Regional Modality Manager Surgery

Key Responsibilities:
Drive business objectives including order intake, revenue, market share and customer satisfaction for the Surgery portfolio.
Act as the Clinical & Technical Expert for the Surgery portfolio and support Sales teams, prospects and customers.
Provide product training, clinical presentations, pre-sales demonstrations and site visits.
Develop strategies for installed-base retention, competitive conversions and improved win rates.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide inputs for product positioning.
Build and maintain robust relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and strategic customers.
Support recent product launches, marketing initiatives, workshops and clinical education programs.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Applications, Customer Service, Logistics and Project Management teams.




Manage and train channel partners and sales teams.
Prepare accurate monthly order and revenue forecasts.

Mandatory Requirements:
BE/B.Tech in Biomedical / Electronics Engineering or relevant advanced degree.
10+ years of experience in commercial sales / product management of Surgical Capital Equipment.
Strong experience with Mobile C-Arms and/or Hybrid OR / Cath Lab will be preferred.
Solid understanding of the Operation Theatre (OT) environment.
Experience across at least 3 Surgery clinical segments, such as:
Neurosurgery
Orthopedics / Trauma
Gastroenterology
Urology
Vascular Surgery
Spine Surgery
Cardiac Surgery
Liver Surgery
Thoracic Surgery
Strong business acumen, customer-centric approach and market understanding.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
