Roles and Responsibilities :
Experienced in Mechanical Maintenance of Hot Rolling Mill, including Gearboxes, AC/DC Motors, Bearings, and Material Handling Equipment.
Robust knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems for troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
Responsible for Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance to ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability.
Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs such as MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
Skilled in maintenance and troubleshooting of Overhead Cranes and Remote-Controlled Cranes while ensuring protected operations.
