Key Responsibilities
Resolve content-support tickets involving HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, and MathML.
Troubleshoot and implement content fixes across web and EPUB formats.
Perform content corrections and formatting updates using Adobe InDesign.
Work with EPUB and structured digital content and ensure content quality across supported formats.
Develop and maintain Node.js/Python scripts for bulk content updates and content transformation.
Perform content validation and troubleshooting across different browsers and platforms.
Ensure content meets web accessibility and cross-browser compatibility standards.
Work with Git for version control, code/content management, and maintaining version-control hygiene.
Collaborate with content, engineering, and support teams to investigate and resolve content-related issues.




Identify repetitive manual content activities and develop automation solutions to improve efficiency.
Maintain documentation for content fixes, scripts, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills
5 - 8 years of relevant experience in Content Engineering, Digital Publishing, Content Support, E-Publishing, or related areas.
Solid hands-on experience with:
HTML
XML
CSS
JavaScript / jQuery
EPUB / ePub
MathML
Experience with Adobe InDesign.
Experience with web accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
Valuable understanding of Git/version control.
Experience developing scripts using Node.js or Python for bulk content updates or automation.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
