Required Skills
Domain knowledge: US healthcare processes (claims, billing, eligibility, EHR systems).
Technical awareness: Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) or workflow monitoring dashboards.
Compliance: Robust understanding of HIPAA and data privacy requirements.
Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly switch from automated to manual workflows.
Communication: Explicit documentation and escalation skills.
Flexibility: Comfortable working in US time zones (night shifts for offshore teams).

Experience
Experience in healthcare BPO/KPO or payer/provider support.
Exposure to automation/RPA environments.
Prior work in claims processing, billing, or eligibility verification.





Responsibilities
Monitor healthcare automation workflows.
Handle exceptions, perform manual fallback processing.
Ensure HIPAA compliance, document incidents, and support continuous improvement.
