Key Responsibilities:

Lead capsule production operations
Manage team, shift planning productivity
Ensure batch execution as per BMR schedule
Monitor quality, yield process efficiency
Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering teams
Documentation and Record
Ensure regulatory compliance audit readiness.
Maintain detailed Device History Records (DHR), Batch Production Records (BPR), and equipment logbooks.
Document and report any deviations or anomalies during the manufacturing process to the production manager.
