Role & responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Pumps & Valves manufacturing unit.
Lead and develop production teams.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, delivery timelines, and cost goals are achieved.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
Handle customer complaints and solve production/process issues.
Work with suppliers and support recent product development projects.
Plan manpower, capacity, budgets, and investments for the unit.
Ensure safety, sustainability, and compliance with company processes.

Preferred candidate profile
Mechanical or Production Engineering background.
More than 10 years of manufacturing/production experience.
Robust people management and leadership skills.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement.
Someone who is hands-on, result-oriented, customer-focused, and valuable at working with teams.
