Responsibilities
Manage backup and restoration for plant instruments, servers, and user systems.
Manage acquisition, installation, and maintenance of LAN and WAN hardware and software.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to servers, workstations, networks, software applications, and other technology systems.
Ensure timely preparation, initiation, and review of departmental SOPs.
Ensure timely closure of change controls and deviations.
Maintain knowledge and expertise in electronic data processing, computer system operations, and system development.
Manage and recruit IT personnel and contractors to design, develop, implement, and operate computer and telecom software, networks, applications, and operating system licenses.
Manage backups and backup challenges for production HMIs and IPC systems.
Provide support in reviews, audits, and compliance activities.
Support budget management initiatives, ensuring cost optimization and adherence to approved budgets.
Administer Windows servers,



Active Directory, and LAN/WAN networks.
Ensure reliability and optimal performance of network and server.
Manage network security and firewall administration.
Support manufacturing systems, including HMI, IPC, and SCADA.
Review and Maintain CSV documentation to ensure compliance.
Manage Software License Management activities
Handle IT System Availability and Uptime, Backup Success and Recovery Effectiveness
Ensure compliance with Data Integrity requirements and monitor and maintain IT system availability, uptime, backup success rates, and recovery effectiveness.

Skills
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with exposure to USFDA, MHRA, EU, and TGA regulations.
Solid Leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced setting
