Job Summary

The Home Loan Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing and converting potential customers into home loan borrowers through direct field activities. This role involves prospecting, relationship-building, and guiding clients through the loan application process while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Source potential customers through builder tie-ups, real estate agents, DSAs, and field canvassing.
Client Engagement: Meet clients in office, explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and repayment options.
Documentation Support: Assist clients in completing loan applications and collecting necessary documents (salary slips, bank statements, property papers).
Consultative Selling: Match customer needs with suitable loan products (home loan, top-up, balance transfer).
Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement goals.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ties with builders, developers, and referral partners.
Compliance:



Ensure adherence to KYC norms, fair-practice codes, and anti-mis-selling guidelines.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred) HSC.
03 years of experience in sales, preferably in housing finance or banking.
Robust knowledge of mortgage products, eligibility norms, and RBI/NHB guidelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
