Key Responsibilities
NC Programming: Create and optimize part programs using AMADA software (such as AP100, VPSS, or Dr. ABE).
Nesting & Optimization: Perform productive sheet nesting to maximize material utilization and minimize scrap.
Tooling & Setup: Select correct punch tools, manage clamp setups, and define bending sequences or laser paths.
Simulation & Quality: Run simulation checks to prevent collisions and support shop-floor operators during dry runs.

Core Requirements
Experience: 2 to 6 years of dedicated sheet metal programming and operating experience.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of G-codes/M-codes, blueprint reading, and GD&T.;
