Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Storage Administrator to manage and support enterprise storage environments, with solid hands-on experience in Dell Unity, Dell PowerMax, Dell Isilon, and NetApp storage platforms. The role involves storage provisioning, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, capacity management, replication, and supporting high-availability enterprise environments.

Preferred candidate profile
Administer and manage enterprise storage platforms including Dell Unity, PowerMax, Isilon, and NetApp.
Perform storage provisioning, LUN creation, allocation, mapping, and masking.
Manage SAN and NAS environments across production and non-production infrastructure.
Configure and manage FC, iSCSI, NFS, and CIFS/SMB protocols.
Monitor storage performance, capacity, availability, and overall system health.
Perform storage expansion, migration, reclamation, and decommissioning activities.
Configure and manage storage replication, snapshots, and disaster recovery solutions.
Troubleshoot storage performance, connectivity, latency, capacity, and availability issues.




Manage SAN zoning and fabric connectivity with Brocade/Cisco SAN switches.
Perform storage performance tuning and capacity forecasting.
Manage NetApp ONTAP environments including volumes, aggregates, SVMs, LIFs, snapshots, and replication.
Support Dell Unity block and file storage administration.
Support Dell PowerMax storage provisioning, performance monitoring, and replication.
Support Dell Isilon scale-out NAS settings including file systems, shares, quotas, and capacity management.
Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance activities.
Support VMware and physical server storage connectivity.
Participate in storage migration and infrastructure transformation projects.
Support backup and disaster recovery teams for storage-related activities.
Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
Maintain storage documentation, operational procedures, and technical reports.
Coordinate with Server, Network, VMware, Backup, Database, Application, and Security teams for issue resolution.
