Experience Required
5+ years of relevant experience
Solid hands-on experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics
Experience in designing and implementing analytics solutions
Solid experience in data analysis, data modeling and visualization
Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into analytical solutions
Experience partnering with Data Engineering, Data Science and Data Management teams

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement and maintain analytics solutions, reports, metrics and dashboards to support business decisions.
Use Power BI and other visualization tools to provide actionable insights.
Perform deep-dive analysis of business and data-related problems and provide recommendations.
Develop and optimize data models and ETL processes.




Work with Python and SQL for data analysis and transformation.
Leverage GCP/BigQuery for scalable data analytics solutions.
Improve data quality, usability and performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Identify opportunities to improve analytics, visualization and reporting processes.
