Roles & Responsibilities
Acquire new customers through field sales activities.
Build and maintain relationships with merchants, vendors, and business partners.
Source customers for financial products and assist in the onboarding process.
Achieve assigned sales targets through regular field visits.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Maintain daily sales and customer interaction records.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:
loan sourcing and disbursement
Merchant acquisition
B2B field sales

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in B2B or field sales.
Experience working directly with merchants, vendors, or ground-level customers.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets.
