Role & responsibilities
Routine Upkeep: Inspect buildings, grounds, and utility systems to spot issues early.
Preventive Maintenance: Create and run schedules to service HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Vendor Management: Hire outside contractors, negotiate pricing, and oversee completed work.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure the property follows local building laws, fire regulations, and safety standards.
Budget Support: Track repair expenses, manage maintenance inventory, and process vendor bills.
Emergency Response: Handle urgent breakdowns, power failures, or leaks quickl

Preferred candidate profile
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Problem-Solving: Quick ability to diagnose issues and coordinate fixes.
Communication: Transparent skills to talk with staff, management, and external vendors.

Minimum Diploma in Electrical with relevant experience of minimum 10 years
