Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their IT purchasing requirements.
Initiate, monitor and track purchasing activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
Identify prospects for process improvement and cost savings in the IT purchasing process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, finance, and legal, to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Remediate vendor service issues and escalate issues accordingly.

Skills
Proven experience in IT purchasing, preferably in a similar role.
Solid knowledge of purchasing processes.
Familiarity with IT products and services, including hardware, software, and cloud solutions.




Robust communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and vendors.
Proficiency in using purchasing software and tools.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in IT purchasing.
