Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all electrical equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in production machinery with minimum downtime.
Maintain and service motors, transformers, control panels, switchgear, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, and electrical wiring.
Monitor and maintain HT/LT electrical systems, DG sets, and electrical distribution networks.
Ensure uninterrupted power supply to production operations.
Maintain electrical systems of mixers, extrusion presses, baking ovens, conveyors, compressors, dust collection systems, and other plant equipment.
Perform routine inspection and testing of electrical installations.
Maintain daily maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance records.




Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams during machine breakdowns.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
Identify prospects for energy conservation and cost reduction.
Assist in installation, commissioning, and modification of current machinery.
Maintain adequate stock of electrical spares and consumables.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability and productivity.
