Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth and productive plant operations.
Ensure production schedules and output targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Monitor production performance, product quality, and compliance with company standards and process specifications.
Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality Control (QC), Maintenance, and Dispatch teams to ensure uninterrupted workflow and timely deliveries.
Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and established process parameters.
Manage manpower, prepare shift schedules, and allocate work effectively to maximize productivity.
Monitor raw material consumption and implement measures to minimize process losses, waste, and rework.
Identify, troubleshoot,



and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate production records, including daily production reports, shift reports, downtime reports, efficiency reports, material consumption records, stock records, and process deviation logs.
Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized, and secure work workplace.
Enforce plant safety rules and ensure the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all employees.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the Maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
