Identifying the manpower requirement as per the budget.
Strategically use various channels of recruitment such as social media, employee referrals, campus drives for closures.
Pre-recruitment visits to Colleges /Govt. Employment Office Visits/Govt. Skill Development centers.
Stakeholder management both internal & external.
Preferred candidate profile
We are looking for graduate/post graduate freshers for this role.
Willing to travel in rural areas.
Good team management skills.
Good decision-making skills.
Ability to work in challenging workplace.
Good stakeholder management.
Effective Communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Should be valuable at planning & organizing.
Outstanding deal of maturity and sensitivity is required while dealing with employees.
