Are you passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth in the recruitment industry?

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record of acquiring and managing clients, particularly within GCCs (Global Capability Centres) and Product Companies.

What You'll Do:
Identify and acquire recent recruitment staffing clients.
Develop business with GCCs, Product Companies, and enterprise clients.
Build long-term client relationships and drive account growth.
Understand hiring requirements and work closely with recruitment delivery teams.
Negotiate commercial terms, MSAs, and staffing agreements.




Consistently achieve business development and revenue targets.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in business development for recruitment/staffing.
Robust network within GCCs and Product Companies.
Experience in IT recruitment and staffing sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-driven with a solid focus on revenue generation.

Salary: No Bar for the Right Candidate
