Proven experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) implementation,
with a focus on ServiceNow technology
Robust understanding of ERP package applications, including design, development, and implementation
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
Experience with technical architecture, design patterns, and software development methodologies
Robust leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and support junior team members
