Visual Floor Presence & Patient Satisfaction
Maintain continuous floor visibility across OP, Endoscopy, IP, OT, and Lab to monitor live workflows.
Proactively engage with patients and families to assess comfort and resolve service delays immediately.
Enforce a zero-complaint standard by identifying and fixing service bottlenecks before they escalate.
Audit physical environments daily for cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.

Staff Training & Development
Design and deliver training on patient communication, soft skills, and service recovery protocols.
Conduct regular mock drills for emergency response and clinical safety protocols across all five departments.
Onboard recent hires thoroughly on departmental workflows and service excellence standards.
Upskill staff continuously on updated medical equipment and digital hospital information systems.

Close Monitoring & Smooth Operations
OP: Minimize wait times, optimize doctor schedules, and streamline registration-to-billing queues.
Endoscopy:



Maintain strict scheduling gaps, rapid room turnover, and sterile equipment readiness.
IP: Coordinate smooth admissions, timely discharge clearances, and prompt nursing call-bell responses.
OT: Ensure accurate surgical scheduling, zero-delay pre-op clearances, and optimal post-op recovery transitions.
Lab: Track turnaround times (TAT) for reports, optimize sample collection flows, and eliminate patient backlogs.

NABH Quality Parameter Maintenance
Audit compliance daily against National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) standards.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including medication errors, near-misses, and surgical safety checklists.
Manage exact documentation for infection control, biomedical waste disposal, and patient consent verification.
Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) for any clinical or operational variances to prevent future issues
