Key Responsibilities:
Platform Development: Design, configure, and develop custom scoped applications (tables, forms, data model, security, app structure) using ServiceNow best practices.
Custom App Delivery: Build end-to-end custom apps including requirements translation, data modeling, scripting/automation, UX configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Contemporary UX (UI Builder & Workspace): Create and enhance role-based experiences using UI Builder and Workspaces (e.g., Agent Workspace/Configurable Workspaces), including pages, components, layouts, data resources, and workspace configuration.
Workflow Automation: Build and manage workflows/approvals using Flow Designer, and implement supporting automation with Business Rules and Notifications.
Custom Scripting: Write clean, maintainable code using JavaScript and Glide APIs for Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, and Script Includes.




System Integrations: Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, import sets/transform maps, and MID Server patterns as needed.
Security & Performance: Implement ACLs, roles, scoped access, and performance-aware scripting/query patterns to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
Maintenance & Upgrades: Support platform upgrades, patching, cloning, and release management across sub-production and production settings; troubleshoot incidents/defects and perform root-cause analysis.
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and estimates; produce technical designs and documentation.
