Cycle time estimation and CNC programming.
Prove out of part on machine and achieve cycle time and quality.
First part approval from customer.
Process improvement and documentation.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Key Accountabilities Define manufacturing process and development of recent parts, sub-assemblies and assemblies.
CNC programming and part prove-out on CNC machines with a first-time-right approach.
Selection of cutting tools and prove-out on machines.
Jig, fixture and gauge design and manufacturing.
Problem solving and troubleshooting of machining and assembly issues.
First part approval from customer.
Process documentation as per quality system requirements.




Process improvement and cycle time reduction initiatives.
Preparation of monthly reports.
