Framing commercial proposal
Negotiation with client/contractors for different items rate contract
Commercial evaluation of bids.
Risk matrix.
Drafting of various agreements.
Knowledge of BG, Power of attorney.
Interpretation of tender s terms condition (GCC, SCC, CC .)
Project estimation, costing.
Contract Administration.
Interaction with client for contact compliance.
