Job Summary:
We are looking for Production Officer to join our manufacturing team at Keshwana. The role involves supporting day-to-day production operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
Ensure smooth running of the production line with minimal downtime.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain product quality standards.
Handle material loading/unloading, labeling, and packaging as required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area according to GMP standards.
Report any process deviation or equipment malfunction to the Production Supervisor.
Support preventive maintenance and daily production targets.
Maintain proper documentation of production activities as per company policy.
Comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Key Requirements:
Education: Graduate in B. Tech (Food Technology)
Experience: 1+ years in FMCG / Food / Beverage / Consumer Products manufacturing preferred.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of production processes and machinery
Positive communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and SOPs
Willingness to work in shifts
