Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and audit job-wise profitability cost sheets for air and sea freight.
Perform weekly and monthly reconciliations with overseas agents, shipping lines, and local vendors.
Generate freight invoices, debit notes, and credit notes accurately with proper GST mapping.
Track outstanding payments and follow up on accounts receivable (AR).
Verify detention, demurrage, and local handling charges from liners.
Back office accounts work for head office ( Muscat ) and other branches
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
