Job Summary The Academic Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students in selecting appropriate courses, supporting the admissions process, and ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment. The role involves student engagement, career guidance, and achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students about courses, career paths, and training programs offered by IPCS Global
Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
Explain course details, fees, and career prospects clearly
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
Maintain student databases and update CRM systems regularly
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for batch scheduling
Support students throughout the admission process
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
Organize and participate in promotional activities, seminars, and events

Required Skills




Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Sales and negotiation abilities
Basic knowledge of education/career counselling
Ability to handle targets and work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Fluency in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus)

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
2+ years Experience in academic counselling / sales / customer support preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
