MAKS Energy is looking for a Project Finance & Commercial Manager to lead the financial structuring, evaluation, approval and financial closure of renewable energy projects across PPA, Lease, CAPEX, Solar + BESS and BESS-as-a-Service models.

•projected P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, debt repayment schedules, sources & uses and project finance statements.

•bid/no-bid, sensitivity and scenario analysis.





customer creditworthiness and project risks

enders, customers, sales, engineering, procurement, project execution, O&M;, legal and finance teams

•commercial negotiations, financial information, documentation, disbursements and project financing requirements.

•pricing tools, financial models, approval frameworks and project MIS for MAKS Energy.

A commercially oriented finance skilled who can take a project from prospect evaluation financial modelling PPA/Lease structuring investment approval lender/customer coordination financial closure project cash-flow monitoring, while ensuring that every project meets MAKS Energy's required return and risk thresholds
