VSM Marketing is a performance-driven digital marketing agency specializing in lead generation, paid advertising, and business growth. We are looking for a highly skilled Ads Specialist who can manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

Key responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Lead Generation.
Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
Conduct competitor research and audience analysis.
Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
Manage advertising budgets and scale profitable campaigns.
Track and optimize campaign performance using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with the creative team for high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.




Stay updated with the latest advertising trends and platform updates.

Required skills
Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Excellent understanding of campaign optimization and scaling.
Solid knowledge of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROI).
Experience with competitor research and market analysis.
Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable business results.

Has managed multiple client accounts successfully.
Understands lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
Can independently handle campaign strategy and execution.
Is proactive, creative, and growth-oriented.
