Experience Required - 2 Years - 3 Years Key Responsibilities:
ICU Management: Direct daily care, resuscitation, and stabilization for critically ill or unstable patients.
Life Support: Oversee mechanical ventilators, cardiovascular support, and invasive lines (arterial and central venous catheters).
Team Coordination: Lead multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and specialists.
Emergency Response: Lead resuscitation efforts for acute cardiac, respiratory, or shock emergencies
