This role requires a strong leader who can drive field sales teams, execute regional strategies, and deliver consistent business growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives to achieve business objectives
Drive team performance to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance evaluations
Oversee field sales operations and ensure effective execution of sales strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities in the local region Experience Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance sales




At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing field sales teams
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
Prior experience in General Insurance preferred Education Requirement - Graduate in any discipline Key Skills & Competencies - Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Fluency in Marathi (spoken and written) is mandatory
Good understanding of the Aurangabad market and customer dynamics
