and well-documented workpapers aligned with compliance standards Support review and finalize returns for e-filing Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent)
2–3 years of experience in U.S. tax preparation
Solid knowledge of U.S. individual and business taxation
Experience with tax software (Drake, ProSeries, Lacerte, UltraTax, ProConnect)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Robust analytical and research aptitude
High attention to detail with robust concentration and focus Preferred Skills Experience working with U.S. CPA firms
Knowledge of foreign reporting and multi-state taxation
Familiarity with U.S. tax compliance and documentation standards
