Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA (Preferred)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Project Finance qualified to join our Renewable Energy Finance team. In this role, you will support debt syndication and corporate finance initiatives, working closely with lenders and key stakeholders to secure and manage financing across the entire project lifecycle—from early-stage development to construction and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Modelling & Analysis
Build and maintain detailed financial models for project finance transactions
Perform sensitivity, scenario, and risk analysis
Evaluate financial statements, cash flows, and project viability
Debt Syndication
Support execution of debt syndication mandates
Prepare Information Memorandums (IM), teasers, and lender presentations
Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
Credit Appraisal & Due Diligence
Assist in preparing credit appraisal notes and lender documentation
Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking,
and risk assessments
Perform financial and commercial due diligence
Transaction Execution
Coordinate with clients, lenders, legal, and technical advisors
Track deal progress and ensure timely closure of transactions
Support refinancing and funding strategies
Banking & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with banks for loan processing, disbursement, and compliance
Support documentation and ongoing lender requirements
What We’re Looking For
Solid financial modelling and analytical skills
Understanding of project finance structures and debt markets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced setting
Prior experience in renewable energy or infrastructure finance is preferred
