Business Development & D2C Intern — Elegance Avenue

Elegance Avenue is a growing demi-fine jewellery brand making everyday luxury accessible through D2C, marketplaces, social media, and offline exhibitions.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want an internship for their CV, but genuinely wants to learn, take ownership, and grow with a startup.

What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day Shopify & D2C operations
Update products, pricing, collections & inventory
Track orders, stock and fulfilment
Help improve website conversion & online sales
Research and reach out to influencers, brands & potential partners
Support business development and customer acquisition
Research competitors and market trends
Assist with exhibitions, sales, billing & customer interactions
Work closely with the founder on growth initiatives

What You’ll Get ₹6,000/month stipend

₹500–₹600/day for exhibition days

Hands-on experience across Shopify, D2C, inventory, sales & business development
