About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, banking, payroll, and e-commerce accounting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounts and ensuring timely compliance and financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Handle GST filing, GST reconciliation, and related compliance work.
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filings.
Prepare and manage sales and purchase invoices.
Handle day-to-day banking activities and bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly salary/payroll sheets and maintain employee salary records.
Manage APOB (Additional Place of Business) registration and related documentation.
Maintain proper books of accounts and financial records.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Manage vendor and customer account reconciliation.
Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
Handle accounting-related work for e-commerce businesses, including marketplace transactions, settlements, commissions, deductions,



and reconciliations.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, banks, and external accountants/consultants when required.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation.
Positive understanding of APOB – Additional Place of Business.
Practical knowledge of salary/payroll preparation.
Good knowledge of e-commerce accounting and marketplace settlements.
Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Positive analytical and reconciliation skills.
Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities.
Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally/Zoho Books/Busy will be an advantage.

Candidate Requirements
2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Candidates with strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, banking, and e-commerce accounts are preferred.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Candidates should be based in or willing to work from Gurugram or Delhi only.
Good communication and attention to detail are required.

Pay: ₹10,780.19 - ₹35,000.00 per month
