Required

Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA, CPA,



or MBA preferred. 2 + years of relevant experience in fund operations, private equity, fund administration, or asset management.

Robust understanding of PE fund structures, capital accounts, and waterfall mechanics.

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with fund accounting software (e.g., Investran, eFront, Allvue) is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skil l
