Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the overall operations of the beauty centre, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving revenue targets, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of beauty and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the beauty centre
Supervise beauticians, hair stylists, therapists, and support staff
Ensure excellent customer service and handle client complaints professionally
Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and service targets
Manage staff schedules, attendance, training, and performance
Monitor inventory of beauty products, cosmetics, and consumables
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained
Drive customer retention, memberships, packages, and upselling
Coordinate promotional activities and local marketing initiatives
Prepare daily sales, inventory, and operational reports
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and service quality standards

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in Beauty & Wellness, Hospitality, Business Management, or related field
4–8 years of experience in salon, beauty centre, spa, or wellness operations
Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred

Preferred Experience:
Experience in premium/luxury salons, beauty centres, wellness centres, or spa chains
Experience handling staff, revenue targets, customer retention, and retail product sales

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
