About the Role
Amex Technology is a software development & AI agency (est. 2019, 200+ projects delivered) hiring a Business Development Associate on an initial 3-month engagement to grow our client pipeline through direct outreach.
What You'll Do
Run cold email outreach campaigns to identify and engage potential clients
Research and build targeted prospect lists in our service niches (web/app development, SaaS, AI)
Manage follow-up cadences and book qualified calls/meetings
Track outreach metrics weekly and report on what's converting
Represent our real portfolio and case studies accurately in outreach
What We're Looking For
Solid written English communication
Comfortable with cold outreach tools and CRM/tracking basics
Self-motivated — able to hit weekly outreach and meeting targets independently
Prior B2B/agency business development experience a plus
